are just beginning their careers in science. The researchers dedicated their articles to various pressing issues, including the development of modern democracy, elections to the European Parliament, the advancement of the rights of national minorities, international relations, international law, and many others. The annual collection of scientific works has been published by the Center since 2008 and includes the most interesting articles written throughout the year. The materials were published thanks to the collaboration with the well-known European publishing house European World.
